Xactly Corporation, the leader in cloud-based incentive compensation and sales performance management (SPM), today announced that security and compliance solutions leader Centrify Corporation has selected Xactly Express to streamline its incentive compensation initiatives and keep track of rapidly growing sales. Xactly Express is the industry’s first self-service sales compensation management software designed specifically for fast growing companies.

Sunnyvale, Calif.-based Centrify delivers integrated software and cloud-based solutions that centrally control, secure and audit access to cross-platform systems, mobile devices and applications by leveraging the infrastructure organizations already own — Microsoft Active Directory. As organizations expand platforms and operating systems to the cloud and further deploy mobile devices, the need for secure provisioning and single sign-on increases, creating a strong market opportunity for Centrify.

With the increased demand on its sales and finance teams due to rapidly ramping sales and growth, Centrify needed to replace its manual incentive compensation management processes to ensure accuracy and increase visibility into the numbers. Upon a competitive review of cloud-based solutions, Centrify chose Xactly Express. Key to the selection of Express was its ease of implementation and ability to seamlessly integrate with Centrify’s Salesforce.com and ADP systems. In addition, as a native Force.com application, Express features single-sign on with Salesforce CRM, allowing sales personnel to easily track commissions and view payouts directly within their familiar Salesforce.com interface.
