Telkom Group and Antix Labs have solidified plans to launch its new cross-device game platform using the Antix Game Player across both its Telkomsel (GSM) and Flexi (CDMA) networks as it deploys a new generation of games services across the country. Telkom Group has the exclusive Indonesian operator rights to use the Antix Game Player and first deployments will begin in June2012.
As part of the program, SpeedUp (MLW Telecom, business partner of both Telkom Group and Antix) is preloading the Antix Game Player and a selection of games on a variety of devices utilizing its Studio9 service. Studio9 is a one-stop-shop for contents and applications integrated on to SpeedUp Broadband and initial products cover both mini-set top boxes and tablets.
