Markham, Ontario, Canada, 2012/06/05 - Value for money, support responsiveness and after-sales care based on user survey - LongView.com.
Longview Solutions announced today that it has received the #1 score*for overall customer satisfaction and vendor experience (overall value for money, on-going support and after-sales care, responsiveness of telephone support) among CPM vendors in a recent report published by Gartner entitled “User Survey Analysis: Customers Rate Their Corporate Performance Management Vendors”.
A complimentary copy of the report can be downloaded at longview.com/gartnerresearch.
Based on end user responses collected as part of the annual Gartner Magic Quadrant for CPM Suites, the report evaluated vendors across key areas of customer satisfaction: including Vendor Experience, Product Experience, Implementation Experience and Total Cost of Ownership.
Megavendors still not the best option
The vendors that participated in the Survey can be categorized into four key groups: mega-vendors; pure-play vendors; Software-as-a-Service (SaaS); and mid-sized customer vendors. The report recommends, when referencing the Magic Quadrant for CPM Suites,“don’t automatically assume that buying a CPM solution from a megavendor is the best or only choice. Also evaluate pure-play suppliers, and pick the vendor that best suits the organization’s needs for functionality, business benefits and total cost of ownership (TCO)”.
“Longview believes that customer experience and satisfaction are critical success factors in every implementation. It is inherent in everything we do; from our first client conversation through to implementation and on-going support. We say what we do and do what we say,” said John Power, CEO of Longview Solutions. “To see this translate into such high ratings from our customers across all the categories evaluated in the report is remarkable. We believe it reaffirms our commitment to the customer experience and is one of the main reasons we continue to gain market share from other vendors who do not perform as well.”
