The Chemistry Group, experts in solving complex people problems in large businesses, is to represent Britain as a National Finalist in the European Business Awards. The accolade highlights Chemistry as one of Europe’s brightest and most innovative employers.
Chemistry is shortlisted for Employer of the Year award, punching above its weight for a small employer. Chemistry has grown from 6 to 20 employees in just 2 years and is set to grow to 30 by the end of 2012.
The European Business Awards has identified some of Europe’s brightest businesses based on their ability to demonstrate the three core principles at the heart of the Awards programme. The panel of judges were looking for organisations to represent the UK which exhibit innovation, business excellence and sustainability.
