OpenQ’s MobileQ App was named a Finalist today in the App Award – Business/Government category in The 2012 American Business Awards, and will ultimately be a Gold, Silver, or Bronze Stevie Award winner in the program.

The MobileQ App version 1.5, available on the Apple App Store, delivers compliant collaboration for field-based individuals within the Life Sciences industry. Product functionality includes offline content management, secure access to Key Opinion Leader information, as well as the ability to record and manage compliant interactions with those Key Opinion Leaders. Version 1.6 will be available on the App Store later this month.

When content is updated at headquarters, the changes are automatically available in the field via the iPad’s wireless connection. Compliant interaction notes are entered through an elegant interface from within the same app. Data on these interactions, along with contextual information are then automatically available for analysis and decision making. This enables deep insight into areas such as the effectiveness of particular content, potential causes of off-label inquiries, and industry trends.
Users also gain access to OpenQ’s industry-leading profiles. This data, which is curated from a wide array of data sources, is collected in a library and is fully searchable. Updated data as well as new profiles are automatically synchronized with individual iPads in the field. MobileQ’s unique capabilities ensure that your field force and headquarters have the ability to review critical information, share content, or enter notes online or offline.

Finalists were chosen by more than 140 business professionals nationwide during preliminary judging in April and May. More than 150 members of 10 specialized judging committees will determine Stevie Award placements from among the Finalists during final judging, to take place May 14 - 25.
