Princeton, NJ, United States, 2012/05/15 - John Slauson has been named Servion's new Client Services Director of the Product Engineering Division. He will be responsible for managing client relationships and will work closely with the delivery and sales teams - Servion.com.
Servion, a specialist in customer interaction management, has named John Slauson as its new Client Services Director of the Product Engineering Division (PED).
Mr. Slauson brings with him 17 years of industry experience in the contact center domain including professional services, consulting, interaction management, IVR, CTI, call recording, and WFM. Prior to his placement with Servion PED, he was responsible for building the Datapulse sales channel in North America. Datapulse, an Enghouse Interactive Company, develops a broad range of integrated certified contact center applications for Nortel & Avaya platforms. Mr. Slauson has also held B2B and direct sales positions at Syntellect, Envox Worldwide & Inter-tel/Mitel.

At Servion, Mr. Slauson will be responsible for managing client relationships. He will be working closely with the delivery and sales teams to ensure that Servion can quickly assist clients, deliver smooth operations processes, and embrace challenges that may arise in the customers’ businesses.
The addition of Mr. Slauson to the Servion team will lend itself to the anticipated goals for the growth of the Product Engineering Division. The department plans to continue to expand service offerings, especially in the mobile application, CRM integration, and carrier service provider areas.
