Former Help-U-Sell® Real Estate regional directors Roger and Bernadette Steiner have returned to the company as franchisees. Their office, Help-U-Sell Property Shoppe, will serve Riverside County, Calif.

The Steiners have 32 years of experience in real estate, including single-family home and land development and building commercial property. They originally joined Help-U-Sell Real Estate in 1986 and left in early 2007 having helped establish and develop almost 100 franchise offices in Southern California.
After five years of running a traditional real estate firm that focuses on bank-owned property listings, the Steiners made the decision to return to the set-fee system of Help-U-Sell Real Estate.
“Today’s market is a lot like when we opened our office in 1986,” said Roger Steiner. “We feel that now is the right time to return.”
