serVonic’s CTI-solution IXI-PCS is available now in version 1.20. Apart from a redesigned user interface and an improved usability, the Olching-based software producer simplified the administration, increased the performance, automated the journal archiving and enlarged the number of PBX’s supported. IXI-PCS is a user-friendly and cost-effective client-/server-software, which offers CTI-features as well as presence management and instant messaging for Windows, Mac and Linux clients.
The user of serVonic’s CTI-software may look forward to an optically redesigned user interface in version 1.20: The IXI-PCS Partner Bar with improved tool tips was modernized as well as the feature buttons in the IXI-PCS Client. Moreover, serVonic improved the usability: The user now cannot only initiate the IXI-PCS features by mouse-click, but also via the keyboard easily and quickly. In addition to the hotkey for “Start Call”, he can simply open additional windows by key, too.
On the server-side, serVonic (servonic.com) improved the IXI-PCS Group Management, performance and archiving. It is now possible to administer a multitude of users easily and effectively as well as to archive the IXI-PCS Journal interval-based.
Another highlight of IXI-PCS in version 1.20 is the collaboration with further PBX’s. IXI-PCS is standard-based and based on TAPI- and CSTA-support for the collaboration with PBX’s. As a result, IXI-PCS does not necessarily need a separate middleware, but can collaborate directly via CSTA XML or with the original TSP’s of the PBX-producers. It is also possible to use middleware from third-party providers.
