HH Architecture, a full-service design firm, is pleased to announce that Chevon File, AIA, CDT, passed the Architectural Registration Examination and is now a Registered Architect. Specializing in context-sensitive design, project management, and Revit modeling, Ms. File began working for HH Architecture in 2009 as a project designer and will assume her new role of Architect.
Her current focus is on projects such as the Early College High School renovation at North Carolina State University; the Dairy Museum at North Carolina State University; and the High Point Central High School Gymnasium renovation and addition for Guilford County Schools.
Ms. File graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2000 and earned her Construction Documents Technologist certification in 2004. She is an advocate of new urbanism, transit-oriented development, and sustainable design. Ms. File is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
