The Business Environment Group, a leading provider of UK serviced office space has recently partnered with Centrastage, a leading IT management software provider to improve, regulate and monitor its devices across a portfolio of over 18 serviced office locations.
Prior to The Business Environment Group adopting Centrastage’s remote monitoring service, they were using an alternative provider of device monitoring. Due to restrictions with using this provider, the group had to rely heavily on the end-user granting access to their device. This meant that unnecessary amounts of time was being wasted, in an environment where it was time and delays that created bigger problems.
