The seminars will be held in room A-122 located on Level 1 at the Dallas Convention Center and are free to registered attendees. The scheduled seminars are:
• Food Safety: Bacteria Screening Onsite with Results in 20 Minutes, No Lab Needed (Time: 10:45- 11:15)
• Cloud-Based Environment Monitoring: Access Temperature Data Anywhere, Anytime (Time: 11:45- 12:15)
