Reflecting Interlink Networks' focus on customer technical support and custom services, the website provides key resources to the Internet community for Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting (AAA) solutions and other networking access security issues.
Developed by Five Sparrows, LLC, the new site features improved navigation, enhanced usability, and powerful site search tools for finding technical resources quickly and easily. In addition to Interlink Networks' product information and documentation, the website offers valuable technical information including links to Internet standards, technical whitepapers, application notes, newsletters, case studies, tips, and FAQs.
“Not only is it fast and easy to find information on the new site, but we have added features that make it convenient to request pricing information, submit feature requests, and access Customer Support services," said Don Holland, Sales and Marketing Director of Interlink Networks.
In the months to come, Interlink Networks looks to be continually adding to its library of documentation, whitepapers, application notes, newsletters, tips, and technical standards information.
“The new site is a AAA technical resource for Carriers, Internet Service Providers, and network security conscious enterprises," said Roger Burgett, Technical Support Manager for Interlink Networks. "The wealth of information available on the site is just the beginning of the technical resources Interlink Networks will be providing as part of our ongoing commitment to our customers."
