Yardi announced today that Kin Properties Inc. has selected Yardi Voyager™ as its new commercial property management software and accounting platform.
Seeking more efficient management of a growing and widely dispersed portfolio, Kin Properties recently explored alternatives to the Windows®-based property management and accounting system that it had used for 25 years. The company’s current and anticipated portfolio required a dynamic platform that encompassed a range of key commercial property management operations. Kin Properties’ search concluded with the selection of Yardi Voyager.
To maximize the seamless workflow available with the Voyager platform, Kin Properties also selected Yardi CHECKscan™ to reduce check processing time through bulk scanning, auto charge matching, and images stored directly in Voyager.
