Bruce Arbit, Co-Managing Director of A.B. Data, Ltd. (“A.B. Data”), announced the addition of Daniel J. Reick, Esq. to the Class Action Administration Division as Associate Account Executive. Mr. Reick will be responsible for providing case management services to class action clients. Mr. Reick’s strong experience in criminal law and research will serve to bring our clients clear, concise case management services from plan preparation through implementation and settlement distribution.
Prior to joining A.B. Data, Mr. Reick performed as a sole associate for D’Arruda & Forrestal Law offices, a criminal defense law firm; personally litigating a number of jury trials and independently managing a large case load and all legal research for the firm. Mr. Reick also served as Judge Advocate General’s Corps in the United States Army Reserve, where he was deployed to Iraq as the Chief of Legal Services and the Officer in Charge of Foreign Claims. During his deployment, he was resolving claims of the Iraqis against the United States Army.

Mr. Reick received his law degree from Florida State University College of Law in May 2005. While earning his law degree, Mr. Reich worked for Criminal Law for Police Officers and the Florida Department of Corrections, both in Tallahassee, Florida. Previous to obtaining his law degree, he attended the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, where he earned his BS in Criminal Justice.
