DeltaTRAK®, a leading innovator of cold chain management solutions today announced its FlashCheck Real-Time Bacterial Enzyme Detection Kit has been selected as a finalist for consideration in United Fresh's 2012 New Product Award program. The kit will compete for the Association's Best New Food Safety Solution Award to be determined by voting at the associations' United Fresh 2012 event being held in Dallas, Texas May 1st through 3rd. DeltaTRAK will also be exhibiting at the show where it will be demonstrating how the kit works at its booth. The company will provide multiple seminars on May 2nd sessions on new food safety, environment monitoring and cold chain solution technologies.
"The United Fresh event is an exciting forum for attendees to learn about the industry's newest approaches, ideas and processes and we are excited to be included in the list of finalists," said Fred Wu, president of DeltaTRAK. The United Fresh product finalist products will be on display in the Dallas Convention in the lobby of Hall A adjacent to the United Fresh Show Floor, where they will be judged by all attendees from the United Fresh show and co-located Food Marketing Institute (FMI) and American Meat Institute (AMI) shows. Winners will be determined by total votes received and will be announced at the opening of the show floor on Thursday, May 3, at 10:00 am.
