The credit facility will become available following the completion of the Inoxum transaction. The maturity of this credit facility is in June 2013 and includes a financial covenant based on gearing.

The banks in this loan syndicate are Nordea, J.P. Morgan Limited, SEB, Danske Bank A/S, Pohjola Bank plc, Handelsbanken, BNP Paribas and Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank.
