The report by Verizon is a study conducted by the Verizon RISK Team with cooperation from the Australian Federal Police, Dutch National High Tech Crime Unit, Irish Reporting and Information Security Service, Police Central e-Crime Unit, and United States Secret Service.
The strategy of using Handy Backup, the backup software, to prevent data loss caused by common breaches from the Verizon report is designed for both small and larger organizations. The strategy highlights the opportunities based on timely backing up data due to a proper schedule in an optimal storage, utilizing the right data restore frameworks, and handy administering the routine. The selected guidelines for small companies are:
