nQueue Billback, the leading provider of software-based cost recovery systems today announced its new scan engine, iA Route. iA Route will power the company’s third-generation award-winning user interface, iA Scan, which allows users to better manage scans and capture more information related to scanning. iA Scan combined with iA Route will allow users to effectively direct scans right from their multi-function device (MFD) while simultaneously managing and recovering costs.
Scans can be automatically routed directly to a document management system, time-and-billing system, or directly to a user’s email or desktop anywhere in the firm. Firms will gain more efficiency and security by reducing clicks and the time it takes to scan a document and deposit it into the desired location and format. iA Route will support popular formats such as Word, searchable PDF, PDF/A, TIFF and others and is fully scalable to support any number of users.
