Manufacturing pavilion 2007 is a focused fair dedicated to the Machine tool and Manufacturing Industry. The exhibition is one of the ten concurrent fairs being organized at IETF 2007, scheduled from 13th –16th Feb.2006 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. It is being promoted by Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) as an initiative to encourage this industry.
As on date, India stands nineteenth in production and sixteenth in consumption of machine tools in the world. The objective of the fair is to improve this standing further, by encouraging the manufacture and trade of machines and tools used by the manufacturing industry.
Manufacturing pavilion 2007 will draw together a diverse cross section of stakeholders from Machine Tool and Manufacturing industry. It will witness participation from both Indian and international buyers and sellers. The fair will provide Indian companies with an opportunity to network with international buyers and come abreast with the latest in international manufacturing. It will also assist in growth of this sector by facilitating business development, vendor development, networking and knowledge sharing on recent technological advancements.
