Noble Systems Corporation, a global leader in unified contact centre technology solutions, today announced that Ashley Clayton, a former executive with Melbourne-based WFM specialist Open Wave, will serve as head of sales for its Asia Pacific region.

Prior to joining Noble Systems through its acquisition of Open Wave in 2011, Clayton held a series of management and consultancy positions with leading international firms. At Open Wave, he established and managed the company’s UK operation and held overall responsibility for business development, solutions deployment and WFM consulting services. Over the course of his 15-year career in CRM and contact centre technology, Clayton has worked across all sectors assisting organisations in the deployment of innovative solutions for performance improvement, including some of the largest global brands in broadcasting, financial services, telecoms and more.
