Hosted in partnership with The Mayor’s Office of Special Events, this event will take place on Wednesday, March 21st and Thursday, March 22nd from 6pm – 9pm.
Honorees Bert Weiss, Canton Jones and Roger Bobb recently sat down to discuss success secrets and their excitement for the event, in a series of video messages on Youtube.com/Powerpreneur.
Mayor Kasim Reed also expressed his anticipation,"I am pleased that the city of Atlanta will host the 2012 Powerpreneurs Spotlight Series. Honoring innovative, talented and strong individuals who continue to work hard in moving our city forward is critical to empowering small businesses, stimulating economic growth and creating jobs in the community," he said.
The goal of Powerpreneur is to create a unique event series designed to build strategic relationships with international influence in key industries to accelerate economic development in Atlanta.
The event will include: Complimentary hors d'oeuvres, drinks and desserts, celebrity presenters, Welcome Reception, VIP Reception, Intimate and In-depth Conversations with honorees, a social media activation through the HP™ media lounge hosted by Rashan Ali & E. Vincent Martinez, as well as a post-event party on Thursday evening hosted by Eboni Elektra L!VE. 2012
