Aeroflex / Metelics, a wholly owned subsidiary of Aeroflex Holding Corp. (NYSE: ARX), announced today that qualification has been granted by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Land and Maritime (formerly known as DSCC) for the company’s Transistor products in accordance with MIL-PRF-19500P, Semiconductor Devices for JAN, JANTX and JANTXV quality levels.
