Mr. Molina will supervise the company’s worldwide legal affairs, and will report to Chris Fedde, SafeNet’s President and Chief Executive Officer. He will also serve the company’s Board of Directors as Secretary.

Prior to joining SafeNet, Mr. Molina served as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary, and Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer for L-1 Identity Solutions, Inc., a global identification solutions company. Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Secretary for Identix Incorporated, a leading provider of multi-modal biometric technologies. He has also served as Senior Counsel for Harris Corporation, and worked as an attorney in private firms domestically and abroad, including Shearman and Sterling in New York City, where he began his career.
Mr. Molina received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut, and a Juris Doctor degree (J.D.) from the University of Michigan Law School in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He is a member of the New York, California, and Minnesota Bars.
Mr. Molina succeeds Kenneth Siegel, who left the company to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Fedde said,“I’d like to thank Ken Siegel for his insight and counsel over the past two years. We wish him only the best in his future endeavors.”
