Specialised Technical Services (STS), the leading integrated IT solutions provider in Jordan, has announced that it will provide Nuqul Group, Jordan’s top industrial conglomerate and leading provider of hygiene and toiletry products in the Middle East, a range of Microsoft solutions, products and services.

STS will provide free added-value services, maintenance, software, upgrades, support, consulting and training on Microsoft products to Nuqul Group in Jordan, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Lebanon and Egypt for a period of three years.
The services covered include a year’s free support services and free infrastructure services such as live communication server implementation; SMS & MOM Implementation; and RMS Implementation.

STS will conduct free training sessions in end user applications such as MS General Win Vista and Office 2007 Upgrade at Nuqul Group training facilities. STS will similarly hold free sessions to train Fine Hygienic Paper Company employees under its MS Specialized Office 2007 Skills Upgrade Training Course. This programme also includes free participation in external/internal conferences and seminars.
