All major features of commercial integrations of SignDoc Mobile may be experienced for free:

• Selecting PDF form templates showcasing typical application scenarios;
• Uploading own PDF documents and prepare them for signing in adding fields for E-Signing;
• Opening any PDF document in SignDoc Mobile from within other Apps or email App on your device;
• E-Signing these documents with handwritten signatures on the iPad display and/or by an image taken with the built-in camera and/or by a scan of an ID document taken with the high-res camera on the back of the iPad;
• Sending signed documents via E-Mail or download them for storage on the iPad.

Signed documents may be validated with PDF-viewers (e.g. free Adobe Reader) to verify the integrity of signature components – handwritten signature, signer photo, scan of an ID document) and either stored in the own enterprise content system ("private cloud") or a web-based archives (e.g. Dropbox,"public cloud").

The configuration used by the app demonstrates a standard user interface for e-Signing electronic documents. A more tailored user experience can be set up by deploying an individual SignDoc Web server as a company server which is private to an organization.
