Access Construction Equipment Inc., manufacturers of the "miniveyorusa" are pleased to announce the new "screenerUSA" to their lineup targeting the portable equipment market.
After several request and a need in the market for a screener that could be moved easily and one that was smaller, Access Construction Equipment's research and development team completed and field tested the new unit to fit our high engineering standards of manufacturing. The research and development team approached the engineering of the "screenerUSA" to fit a broad spectrum of end user applications, such as mining, landscaping, pool installation, concrete mixing, construction, and more. The key factor in the engineering of the new "screenerUSA" was keeping it easily portable for maneuverability to and from the to and from the job site as well as on the job site. Achieving this we also had to make sure that the "screenerUSA" was extremely robust to withstand the rigors of not only hand loading but with a bucket.
The design of the "screenerUSA" can be used globally wherever a portable screener application is required.
The unit size is 70" x 39" x 54" weighing 420lbs. The screen size is 48" x 24" with different mesh sizes available to fit your application. The angle of the screener can be adjusted for optimum screening speed. The "screenerUSA" comes in all voltages, 120V, 220V or 480V 3 Phase. It is a compact, sealed vibrating system that can be loaded by hand or bucket. The "screenerUSA" comes in a safety yellow to highlight the moving parts and is built on a steel tube frame.
The "screenerUSA" can be used with the portable "miniveyorUSA" under the screener or at the opposite end for ease in moving product.
