The event celebrates Platinum’s one year anniversary at its new home at Turner Square, located at 129 Turner Lane. During I-Style, Platinum staff will be demonstrating styling techniques that will show how to re-create that salon look at home.
Customers who donate their gently used styling tools, such as blow dryers and curling irons, to the event can take 20% off any new purchase. The donated equipment will benefit the DVCCC, Domestic Violence Center of Chester County (dvccc.com), a center providing intervention, education, outreach, advocacy and programs to prevent, reduce and remedy domestic violence in Chester County.
Being a strong community supporter, Platinum Hair Salon originally partnered with DVCCC when the salon was in the process of moving to their new location. Salon owner, Michaeline D’Annunzio said,“I've chosen this organization because they do a phenomenal job in addressing the very sensitive and often silent issue of domestic violence in a caring and confidential way. They have helped so many individuals that it just makes sense, being in a self- image boosting industry, to support them.” The I-Style event will be a fun way for Platinum clients, current and new alike, to celebrate the salon’s first year at the Turner Square location.
