TRU Staffing Partners, today announced Andrew Brody has joined the company as the new COO/CFO.
Brody will be responsible for helping maintain and improve TRU’s standard of excellence and operational efficiency, both internally and externally for clients. He will be deeply involved in TRU’s development of scholarship programs for entry level and emerging legal technology professionals. “Andrew Brody is perhaps the smartest person I know. There is no one else I can imagine more qualified to run our company and maintain and enhance the TRU brand,” stated Coseglia. “TRU has experienced incredible growth in our first two years, and the addition of Andrew will help TRU run as a smarter, more efficient company. Having him on our team, and in our industry, will allow TRU to service a wider talent pool and will strengthen our existing team’s ability to deepen relationships with existing TRU clients.”
Prior to joining TRU, Brody served as Vice President of Content Development for The Princeton Review, a public company with revenues of over $100 million in the Higher Education Readiness division. In this role, his team was responsible for creating the materials, pedagogy, and training for Princeton Review's entire suite of standardized legal test preparation services. In addition, he spent years innovating the LSAT program as the National Content Director, and is regarded as one of the country's foremost authorities on the LSAT and analytical reasoning. During this time, he created an award-winning podcast with listenership in the tens of thousands that used everyday life examples to teach the logical and analytical thinking tested on the LSAT.
Brody graduated magna cum laude from the Georgetown School of Foreign Service.
TRU Staffing Partners makes this announcement on the heels of announcing other significant internal staffing investments as a result of keeping up with the high demand of placing litigation technology roles in law firms, corporations and technology companies in the United States and internationally. TRU is celebrating its two year anniversary this month, having grown from 2 to 7 employees in two years.
