Included within the Coldwell Banker University framework at no additional affiliate expense, BlueView is available to the network of approximately 87,000 Coldwell Banker agents worldwide via the Coldwell Banker Works intranet.
BlueView has redefined the Coldwell Banker brand’s learning experience incorporating Web 2.0 social learning. Using laptops, iPads and smart phones, agents can now launch streaming videos from the cloud, rate and comment on courses, engage with mentors through blogs, and collaborate with peers online.

• Videos & Podcasts provide on-demand, streamed training videos and expert podcasts. All can be rated numerically and/or commented on allowing users to interact with each other and learning hosts.
• Training & Resources offers self-study online, on-demand Webex courses and registration information on traditional classroom courses. Agents can comment on these courses and share how they are leveraging the lessons in their daily work.
• Expert Blogs are written by such real estate industry experts such as David Knox, Dirk Zeller and Matthew Ferrara, branch managers and select top sales associates. Users are able to post questions and comment on the blogs while engaging with other users and the authors.
• “Best of Blue” is the new peer-to-peer video program allowing sales associates and broker/managers to learn from some of the top producers in the Coldwell Banker system. Users are encouraged to continue the discussion via their comments.
