Not only does The Crazy Merchant, Inc. donate 10% of EVERY sale to a charity of the patron’s choice to one of more than 50 charities off their Giving List, but they also offer free use of their event space. The complimentary event space is available to organizations and individuals during the store’s business hours of 10am to 6pm, Tuesday through Saturday. The giant turquoise building that holds amazing gifts and treasures is located in Littleton one block east of Santa Fe on Belleview Avenue.
The first Young Entrepreneurs’ Bazaar, held in August 2011 at The Crazy Merchant, Inc., was a huge success. All 14 vendors sold their remarkable handmade goods and inventions.
The patrons were encouraging and the young vendors were very enthusiastic about really selling themselves as a business, as well as selling their items. Each vendor had a story. They all created their businesses based upon personal experience or the desire to get a jump-start on making their own money. Each was unique, yet they all have one thing in common; they all are motivated, young individuals with the drive and determination to remain passionate about making a difference and being a productive member of society. Hats off to them.
