RiechesBaird, one of the nation’s leading business-to-business corporate branding development and creation firms, received one of BtoB Magazine’s prestigious 2011 BtoB Best Marketers Awards for the campaign they created for American Airline Cargo. The campaign, entitled “Not Just Flights, Business Insights,” was honored as one of the best Integrated Marketing Campaigns (less than $200,000) in the United States.
“It is a terrific honor to be recognized along with some of the most revered leaders in corporate branding and marketing with this award,” said Ray Baird, co-founder and president of RiechesBaird. “We love working with American Airlines to help grow their cargo brand to its full potential, and are proud to serve as a key business partner – delivering strategic counsel, creative ideas and measurable results.”
BtoB Magazine lauded RiechesBaird’s work, noting “American Airlines Cargo’s integrated campaign that featured print advertising and a microsite was built around the tagline ‘Not just flights. Business Insights.’ The ads focused on how AA Cargo’s understanding of trends in the global marketplace could help its customers make business decisions for the future. For example, one ad noted that the pharmaceutical industry will reach $900 billion by 2012 and promoted how AA Cargo could maintain an ‘unbroken coldchain for temperature-sensitive pharmaceuticals.’”
Baird served as the strategic lead on the campaign team, which included Justin Garvin, brand manager; Michael Dula, art director; Tim Price, copywriter; Doris Danford, production manager and Peter Bohenek, microsite development.
