Talent management leader Halogen Software announced today the company has opened a UK office to meet increased global demand for its talent management solution, which has more than doubled in the past year. The expansion of its global operations with a London office will allow Halogen to more easily market and sell its award winning talent management solutions internationally, while maintaining its commitment to deliver a world class customer experience.
According to a recent study by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), over 50% of organisations believe the competition for talent has increased. As a result, more organisations are looking for sustainable ways to manage talent1.
