The TiroMedia SCB-610 is a GPIO (General Purpose Input Output) adapter that can be used in conjunction with the TMP N6 Digital Signage player.

The SCB-610 can be used to build interactive kiosks and displays. This includes adding external buttons that correspond to specific functionality. For instance, when a customer presses a button, a specific content is played back. In addition, other buttons can be mapped to other playback functions (play, pause, skip, etc). Other modules can also be connected to the SCB-610 (motion sensors, etc). This makes integration with most Kiosk systems extremely easy. The module is already pre-set with the most common functions, and it can configured using the on-board DIP switch.

The board shares the same power suply as the player.

The GPIO board features the following:

- 12-port terminal block;
- Connects to buttons, sensors, etc;
- Programmable functions for ports (using dip switch);
- Full playback control (play, stop, jump to track, etc);
- Optional integration with motion sensor;
- Compact size;
- Easy integration with players.

The SCB-610 module can be customized for a variety of business needs.

The module can be used in conjunction with TiroMedia's TMP N6 which is a High-Definition embedded player that provides powerful features in a compact form (6.8" x 4"). This player supports multi-zone layouts. It supports high resolutions up to 1080p through HDMI or VGA video output.
This unit is 100% solid-state and contains no moving parts. All content is stored on a local CF disk.
