Xactly Corporation, the leader in on-demand sales compensation and sales performance management (SPM), today announced that HealthTech Holdings, Inc. has selected Xactly Express to manage compensation initiatives across its growing subsidiaries. HealthTech Holdings owns and manages technology companies, including Healthcare Management Systems (HMS), MEDHOST and Sentry Healthcare Services, which provide software and services for healthcare facilities and emergency departments.

HealthTech Holdings discovered Xactly at Dreamforce 2010, and soon realized Xactly Express could streamline its sales compensation processes. In addition, the sales dashboards in Xactly Express will allow sales reps and management to view sales performance in real-time, enabling reps to use data to adapt strategy more rapidly and maximize performance.

HealthTech is currently in the process of rolling Xactly Express out to more than 55 sales reps in its Healthcare Management Systems (HMS), HMS Direct and HMS Sentry subsidiaries, in conjunction with its salesforce.com CRM implementation. The company later plans to roll out the system to its other divisions, including MEDHOST.
