ATI Schools & Colleges has entered into an Agreement with the Texas Workforce Commission which withdraws the TWC’s July 27 Notice of Intent to Revoke the Certificates of Approval for ATI’s Texas schools. As part of this Agreement, the TWC has placed ATI schools on conditional approval and ATI has agreed to the teach out of 22 current academic programs.
ATI senior leadership has taken this matter very seriously and worked intensely with TWC officials to come to an agreement for the common goal of providing quality education and opportunities for ATI students and graduates. ATI is grateful for the cooperation of the TWC in reaching this Agreement.
