Dr. Emily Splichal creator of the #1 posture and balance workouts “Catwalk Confidence” and “Stiletto Recovery” has partnered with Dasha Wellness to launch a luxury East Hamptons fitness & wellness soiree to benefit Soles4Souls on August 13, 2011. The event will be hosted by PIX 11 Dr. Salvatore.
Fitness is the key to Wellness…That’s the bottom line according to Dr. Emily Splichal creator of, Dr. Darren Pollack of Dasha Wellness and host Dr. Steve Salvatore. The Hamptons Fitness & Wellness Soiree shows men & women how to make fitness and exercise a part of an everyday healthy lifestyle while inspiring others in need. By supporting the event “Soles4Souls” guest will have the opportunity to donate a pair of shoes that can give hope to someone for a better tomorrow. Proceeds from the event will be donated to Soles4Souls.
Held at a private East Hampton location, the Hamptons Fitness & Wellness Soiree will feature massages provided by Dasha Wellness, reflexology services, manicures, pedicures, swimming, and fitness tips. Guest will enjoy complimentary passed cocktails and hors 'd oeuvres, a red carpet, a fun stiletto runway demo by the official “Catwalk Confidence Girls” as well as a “Ask The Doctors Panel” sponsored by Aetrex Worldwide. The “Ask The Doctors Panel” lead by Podiatrist and national fitness expert Dr. Emily Splichal, Chiropractic physician-Dasha Wellness founder Dr. Darren Pollack, and Emergency Medicine physician Dr. Steve Salvatore will host a 20min open forum of questioning beneficial to marathon runners, stiletto lovers, fitness enthusiasts, or individuals with general health concerns. Additionally in preparation of the Hampton's Marathon, Team Dasha has a wonderful membership including helpful benefits ranging anywhere from weekly runs, one complimentary nutritional consultation session, to an end of the race party at Dasha wellness. With this membership they ask that each team member pledge to raise a minimum of $500 to be spread to any 5 charities of his/her liking.
The collaboration between all three doctors comes as no surprise as Dr. Emily Splichal is a regular guest and health expert on the PIX 11 Dr. Steve Show. Dr. Darren Pollack was also a recently featured on the show.
