Grandview, MO, United States, 2011/06/28 - CIBER, Inc. (NYSE: CBR) announced the recent implementation of a “Quick Start” Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Customer Relations Management) implementation for Peterson Manufacturing Company. NYSE: CBR
This project included the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, which enables the company to manage sales processes, track call reports, have visibility of sales team activity and streamline expense reporting and approval processes—all within one system.
Peterson Manufacturing Company, located in Missouri, is a world-leading innovator in the production of a complete line of vehicle safety lighting, mirrors, reflectors, antennas and related products. It was the first U.S. vehicle safety lighting manufacturer to obtain ISO (International Organization for Standardization) 9001/QS-9000 certification for its products (an international quality management system standard).
Peterson’s manual system for tracking sales calls, call reports and reconciling expense reports was labor intensive and slow. The company looked to CIBER to provide a more efficient system to streamline their processes and to make their sales staff more productive and effective in the field and at the office.
“This project will allow us to improve our current processes and provide a reliable business tool for our sales group to share field intelligence across the company,” said Rick Stephens, corporate director of IT.
