The newly remodeled SaskTel Store reopens Monday, June 27 in Regina’s Cornwall Centre. A grand opening celebration will follow on Saturday, July 23 with sale pricing, free refreshments and prizes. The completely redesigned Store is part of a major redesign of SaskTel Store locations in several cities across the province.
“SaskTel Stores give customers the opportunity to discuss their needs with local SaskTel employees,” said Bill Boyd, Minister Responsible for SaskTel. “This redesign is another demonstration of SaskTel’s commitment to providing excellent service to Saskatchewan communities.”
“Our new store design features interactive hands-on displays, a consistent and customer-friendly layout and a fresh new look,” said Ron Styles, SaskTel President and CEO. “SaskTel values face-to-face interactions with our customers, so SaskTel Stores will continue to be a key component of our customer service efforts.”
The new interactive displays include touch screens that allow customers to instantly look up wireless device information and pricing.
SaskTel Store employees can help customers choose a wireless device, determine which rate plans best meet their needs, and learn about a wide variety of SaskTel services including Max™ Entertainment Services, High Speed Internet service and SecurTek security and monitoring services.
The redesigned SaskTel Store in Saskatoon reopened in May. SaskTel opened a new Store featuring the new design in Swift Current in April.
