Verint® Systems, Inc. today announced the conference schedule for Driving Innovation™, the Verint Witness Actionable Solutions® global customer conference taking place May 16-19 at the Red Rock Casino, Resort & Spa in Las Vegas, Nevada.
This year’s Driving Innovation event will offer attendees an interactive environment that combines networking, influential speakers, breakout sessions, hands-on learning and social media-related activities. It also will provide a unique environment for customers to learn even more about the latest advancements in workforce optimization (WFO)—including Verint’s recent launches of the market’s first and only “fifth-generation” enterprise workforce optimization suite, Impact 360®, and its new Voice of the Customer Analytics platform.
Customers also can explore a new addition to the event this year, Verint Community LIVE. As an extension to the company’s existing online customer community, it will provide them the opportunity to collaborate and network with peers across a variety of WFO topics, as well as exchange best practices—both during the conference and well after it’s over.
Additionally, attendees will have the option to take part in on-site training to learn more about how to maximize their technology investments. Garrison Wynn, speaker and corporate training educator, will be among this year’s Driving Innovation keynotes. During his session, he’ll challenge attendees with his realistic, yet motivational, approach for sustaining productivity during uncertain times. His presentation will emphasize the need for humor in problem-solving situations and help attendees turn problems into opportunities for success. Other keynotes will explore user and expert perspectives, and customer-focused success stories and practices.
