Rapp will lead sales initiatives for the enterprise market, including Xactly’s flagship sales compensation management solution, Xactly Incent. Xactly also announced it has appointed Steve DeMarco to vice president of corporate sales. In this role, DeMarco will focus on expanding Xactly’s presence in the SMB market and continuing strong sales momentum for Xactly Express, the industry’s first self-service sales compensation management software designed specifically for SMBs.

Rapp to Expand Xactly’s Enterprise Business
Sam Rapp brings more than two decades of global sales experience to his role as vice president of enterprise sales at Xactly, including managing direct and inside sales, channel development and professional services at both emerging start-ups and global enterprise organizations.Rapp comes to Xactly from HP Software where he managed a sales organization focused on the financial services vertical which included HP’s largest banking and insurance customers. Prior, he held the position of vice president of Americas sales at Serena Software, where he was responsible for doubling Americas revenue. Rapp has also held executive management positions with Oblix (now Oracle) and BEA Systems (now Oracle). He began his sales career at Silicon Graphics, serving in a variety of sales and sales management positions. Rapp holds a bachelor’s degree from Yale University.
