Mr. Aroop Zutshi, Global President and Managing Partner, Frost & Sullivan said the company honours and recognizes companies in a variety of regional and global markets for demonstrating outstanding achievement and superior performance in areas such as leadership, technological innovation, customer service, and strategic product development.

Mr. Gopal R, Country Head, Frost & Sullivan Malaysia said that the Awards seek to recognize best practices and outstanding performance by Malaysian companies in different sectors such as automotive, environment & building, energy, telecoms, logistics, insurance and healthcare.
He added that award recipients for the 2011 Frost & Sullivan Malaysia Excellence Awards were identified based on an in-depth research conducted by Frost & Sullivan's analysts. The award categories offered each year are carefully reviewed and evaluated to reflect the current market landscape and include new emerging trends.
"The recipients of the Frost & Sullivan Malaysia Excellence Awards clearly demonstrated outstanding leadership in their own market segments," Mr. Gopal said.
The banquet was officiated by the office on the Malaysian Ministry of International Trade & Industry, represented by Datuk Dr Rebecca Fatima Sta Maria, Secretary General on the behalf of YB Dato' Mustapa Mohamed, Minister of the Malaysian International Trade & Industry.
