Krakow, Malopolskie, Poland, 2011/03/24 - On the 23rd of March, Comarch received the Golden Antenna (“Zlota Antena”) Award for its Field Service Management system, which was acknowledged as "Product of the Year 2011" in the category Telecom Operator Solutions.
Comarch Field Service Management (FSM, fsm.comarch.com) enables scheduling, staffing, managing, and supporting workforce in the field. Efficiency is achieved by selecting the most suitable resources for each task as well as scheduling issues. A decision is made by taking into consideration modifiable and adjustable ratings, according to a company’s unique business model. The solution provides field technicians with mobile access to all necessary information, which reduces the use of paper and enables to process up-sell and cross-sell orders directly at the customer’s premises. In 2010, Comarch started the FSM project for Vectra, a Multi-Service Operator based in Poland.
