This ISO accredited training has been designed to appeal to project forwarders seeking to fast track industry skills and knowledge.
Project cargo management specialist Kevin Stephens and professional communication lecturer Rodger Hall have customised the training modules to ensure the heavy-lift freight forwarding sector is better qualified to tackle the demands of increasingly complex multi-model projects.

Mr Stephens said the training was aimed at ensuring employees understood complex chartering requirements, client expectations, special processes, and how to overcome the challenges facing global freight forwarders.

Mr Hall said applied exercises ensured attendees benefited from a more personalized and relevant learning experience.
The course has been held successfully in Mumbai, Singapore, Bremen and Houston and has received excellent feedback. Course registration information, including testimonials and agenda, is available at ppgprojects.com/.

“This non-technical course was developed as a result of the skills shortage in the heavy-lift freight forwarding sector and gives company rising stars the confidence and skills to tackle the demands of increasingly complex project cargos, ” Mr Stephens said.

“This training was developed by industry for industry and blends project cargo training and management tips with professional communication skills with a strong focus on how to think differently and deliver higher levels of service.”
