AscenVision, the industry leader in WAN Load Balancing, and Taiwan’s largest ISP, Chunghwa Telecom (CHT)’s HiNet officially launch the joint program to bundle CHT’s “Fiber To the Building” (FTTB) with the industry-renowned WAN Load Balancer, AscenLink- AL110, as a total solution for the SMB market for reliable and cost-effective high speed Internet connectivity.
The key advantage of this bundle is to leverage AL110’s unique “Transparent Deployment Mode” to enable users to enjoy the benefits of combining multiple and disparate WAN links, without the disruptive changes to the existing network topology, thus making the deployment to SMB market with less MIS expertise easier for HiNet and end users.
During the collaboration stage, AscenVision invests significant amount of R&D resources to develop a product suitable for the SMB market. The end result is an easy-to-use and deployed product suitable for the SMB market, while retaining majority of the key features that makes AscenLink well accepted in the enterprise market. Some of the key features of AL110 include:
outbound traffic load balancing on up to four WAN links and multihoming services for inbound traffic load balancing and fault tolerance. In addition, the built-in powerful bandwidth management function also ensures proper usage of valuable bandwidth resources according to individual business needs.
