The Indian division of a renowned “Big Four” management consulting firm has partnered with Interfacing in their efforts to enrich and differentiate their process documentation and design component of their advisory services. The firm, which is now the official Interfacing partner for India, has refreshed their process documentation services by taking a more holistic value stream approach and embedding Interfacing’s BPM software, the Enterprise Process Center® (EPC), as part of their standard service offering -- collectively known as their new Business Process Management (BPM) Solutions.
With the EPC as part of their client deliverables, the revamped solution facilitates clients’ internal communication via web-based publishing, increased security through improved document management and role-based access to information, as well as simplified ongoing management and improvement of business processes. Additionally, beyond increasing the value of the overall client solution, the firm is leveraging the EPC internally as part of an intensive effort to redeploy existing knowledge across client engagements and reduce service delivery time by over 20 percent.
Interfacing’s BPM technology was selected following a thorough evaluation of leading BPM tools available on the market.
