When an emergency call is received by the PSAP TeleDirectory Operator, a screen pop is provided to the operator including the exact location information of the 9-1-1 caller. Detailed information and notes may also be available including cubicle number, special needs or requirements, or a detailed location description such "as third office from the stairwell."
