Sodexo, North America's leading provider of Quality of Daily Life Solutions, today announced an expanded relationship with ADP®, a leading provider of HR, payroll and benefits administration services, to provide on-site dining, vending and office refreshment services for ADP associates nationwide.
Sodexo has used a customized, holistic approach to create enhanced environments and experiences that foster increased on-site dining participation. The Sodexo approach takes into consideration diverse cultural needs plus health and wellness, sustainability and local culinary trends.
Sodexo has provided food services for several ADP locations for more than 20 years. In addition to seven current locations, Sodexo will now create a customized approach for additional services at three ADP locations in California, one in Utah, and in more than 55 vending sites nationally.
“We are very excited about expanding our relationship with Sodexo,” said Carlos Rodriquez, president of ADP National Account Services and Employer Services International. “By enhancing the health and well-being of our associates through our dining program evolution, we strongly believe we can positively influence associate engagement and satisfaction. Ultimately, this allows us to deliver better service to our clients.”
Sodexo’s renowned expertise in integrated programs and comprehensive service solutions, coupled with the company’s long-term, successful performance at ADP (adp.com), made Sodexo a natural choice for ADP as part of the company’s journey toward continuously enhancing its environment for associates.
“We want to continue to be a strategic partner for our ADP clients by designing, managing and delivering Quality of Daily Life Solutions that help enhance the well-being of ADP’s most precious resources – their associates,” said Michael Norris, COO & market president of Sodexo’s Corporate client segment. “We truly appreciate the confidence ADP has placed in us.”
