Salt Lake City, UT, United States, 2011/02/14 - MasterControl's Ken Peterson, a nationally- recognized authority on regulatory and compliance process management, is slated to address the 27th Annual Meeting & Quality College for the Society of Quality Assurance.
The national conference will be held at the JW Marriott Hill Country resort in San Antonio, Texas March 27 - April 1, 2011.
His workshop is entitled "Innovation and Analysis: A New Approach for Problem Solving." Peterson will teach a process in this workshop that shows how to design and generate new ideas and put them into use.
