Eynsham, Oxfordshire, United Kingdom, 2011/02/07 - Grid-Tools Limited’s award winning managing director is to speak at the largest software testing conference in Europe positioning him as a world leader in the data testing arena.
Huw Price is QAGuild’s “IT Director of the Year 2010”, with his company, Grid-Tools in the same year scooping the Guild’s “Most Innovative Testing Tool Choice” and the UK IT Industry’s “UK IT Achievement of the Year”.
With his company widely recognised as a leading vendor of data creation, data masking and test data management software, Huw has been invited to present a case study at the Swiss Testing Day conference in Zurich on 16 March.
With the conference due to be attended by some 700 delegates, Huw’s presentation will focus on the test data management solution Grid-Tools delivered to the largest bank in the Netherlands.
Presenting alongside Edwin Van Vliet from Yacht Consultancy, the test data manager for the project at the bank, they will explain how they were able to create, provision and manage secure, high quality test data for a challenge of this scale.
“Grid-Tools is excited to be involved in such a well-known event like Swiss Testing Day” commented Huw. “It gives us an opportunity to demonstrate, alongside Edwin, the success of this complex test data management project which we are confident those involved in our industry will be interested to learn about.”
Edwin added “People might think they know about test data, but do they know what a big difference better test data management strategies and practices can make to an organisation?
“In this presentation, delegates will find out more about the real power of test data, and how every organisation will work more effectively with correct test and development data, without exception.”
The conference will take place at Congress Hall in Zurich with Huw and Edwin’s presentation scheduled at 4 15 -5 00 pm during track one.
