Talisma also today reaffirmed its commitment to the German market by signing a reseller agreement with German system integrator Teleconnect & Service GmbH.

The partnership with Teleconnect & Service GmbH will see the reseller provide small, midsize and large German organisations with Talisma’s full CIM product suite including Talisma Email, Talisma Chat, Talisma Phone and Talisma Knowledgebase solutions. As a premium partner, Teleconnect will also provide consulting, planning, implementation and local training. The partnership will allow Teleconnect & Service GmbH to sell Talisma’s CIM solutions to key organisations in Germany such as Canon and DHL, who already use Talisma products in other markets.
